With more than a decade of experience in the construction sector, Mamun has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results across a wide range of residential projects. Beginning his career as a project manager at Pirojpur Enterprises, he developed a strong foundation in forming strong networks with a wide range of subcontractors and consultants while working extensively on projects where attention to detail and high standards were essential.
Today, as founder and senior project manager at Zanvim, Mamun draws on his extensive industry knowledge to lead project delivery, streamline operations, and maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His practical experience combined with strong leadership skills enables him to support teams and drive successful outcomes across the business.
Intermediate Project Manager Wasif
Founder and Senior Project Manager Wasif plays a key role in delivering projects from planning through to completion. Holding a Master of civil Engineering from the University of Auckland and with a background in transportation engineering, Wasif brings a strong technical foundation. He has a practical understanding of infrastructure and construction projects’ interaction with surrounding transport networks and the broader community.
Passionate about the built environment, Wasif is known for his enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to achieving successful project outcomes. He enjoys collaborating with diverse range of clients and stakeholders, building strong working relationships that help drive projects forward efficiently and effectively. Wasif is motivated by new challenges and approaches projects with adaptability and a solution-focused mindset.
Junior Project Manager and Office Administrator Navim
Navim provides essential support to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business in addition to her role. With a background in geotechnical engineering, she brings a strong technical understanding of ground conditions, site investigations, and engineering principles, allowing her to contribute valuable insight across a range of construction projects.
In her role, Navim combines project coordination with administrative management, helping to keep projects organised, schedules on track, and communication flowing effectively between project teams, clients and stakeholders. Her ability to balance technical requirements with practical project needs makes her a versatile and dependable member.
